Description

This angel and moon metal wall art piece is handmade with metal recycled from old oil drums by artistans in Croix des Bouquets, Haiti. 

  • Made From Recycled Oil Barrels
  • Handcrafted in Haiti
  • Fair Trade

Crude oil is imported into Haiti, which leaves many empty oil drums.

Mel Kelly In Art Studio

Banana leaves are used to burn away all the paint residue inside and outside the barrels. They can then cut the drums into usable metal sheets.

The final indoor/outdoor metal art is sealed with a protective clear lacquer.

The Wood is Gorgeous
